A qualified yoga teacher in Power, Vinyasa, Yin, Breathwork, and Meditation teaching across West London (SW6 based).

Working with several private clients and yoga studios across West London, teaching and studying yoga is my full-time occupation.

I come from a corporate background in growth hacking and humanitarian work with an MSc from the London School of Economics.

YOGA QUALIFICATIONS

  • 200 hrs RYT from the Power Yoga Company

  • The Art & Science of Sequencing 5 Days course with Mark Stephens

  • 85 hrs Advanced Teacher Training in Anatomy and Yin Yoga

  • 20 hrs Injury Management & Prevention with Jason Crandell

  • 550+ hrs Yoga Therapy Diploma with Yoga Campus (2021-23)

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work

  • Psychological First Aid

  • BA in International Relations from Hult IBS

  • MSc in Social Policy & Development from the London School of Economics

EXPERIENCE

  • 10 years of semi-professional judo practice

  • 6 years of semi-professional rhythmic gymnastics

  • 6 years Power Yoga and Vinyasa

  • 1 year Kundalini Yoga

  • Training in Pranayama with the Satyananda Yoga Centre (10 weeks Sadhana Course )

  • 10 Days Silent Vipassana Meditation Course

Pricing

£50 per hour if practising once a week

£45 per hour if practising twice a week
