Thai Yoga Massage
Thai Yoga Massage originates from Northern Thailand and is a gentler and softer version of Thai massage. It is performed with clothes on and is perfect to release physical and emotional tension.
Great for reducing stress and anxiety or processing trapped emotions and trauma. Given my extensive background in yoga therapy and neuroscience, I bring knowledge from these disciplines into my massage work.
Sessions last between 90 and 120 minutes.
